YOUTH STrength

aNd Conditioning

Youth Strength and Conditioning is for both athletes and non-athletes looking to improve strength, conditioning and overall health. The classes will start with strength movements such as FRont or Back squat, deadlift, power clean and overhead press. ATHLETES will also learn the basic gymnastic and bodyweight exercises as well as plyometrics and agility drills to teach body awareness and improve quickness.

SATURDAY - 11:00am - Noon

$125 for monthly student membership

$160 for 10 class punch card (NO EXPIRATION)

Each class ends with a fun WORKOUT that will incorporate some of the movements that were covered earlier in class. Classes are meant to be challenging yet fun whether they are used to enhance performance in other sports or as introduction to fitness and strength.
