What you learn

Our on ramp program is centered around you learning the fundamentals and movements of CrossFit. We want you moving as safely and efficiently as possible. We work with you to get you comfortable with the gym, CrossFit movements and community. You will be working with one of our certified CrossFit trainers during the personal on ramp program (POP).

How long it takes

The on ramp program is a 3 day series. Each session is with one of our certified trainers and lasts around 1 -1.5 hours. You reach out to us then we will work around your schedule to get you started. These two on ramp days will be focused on technique and safety. If you feel like 2 days was not enough for you then we will happily work with you until you feel comfortable to move on.

what happens next?

Come to class and have fun! You can start taking classes as soon as you finish your on ramp program.We recommend to take it slow at first and always modify movements and weights to your abilities. Our expert coaches are here to help you modify and move safely. Don’t be scared to ask questions, CrossFit can be intimidating at first.
