Burn Class!

What to expect:

The Burn 🔥 class is designed to build each athlete’s aerobic capacity - their engine and overall strength. The class always features our cardio machines. Biking, rowing, running, and skiing are always an option for our members . Expect to see a variety of body weight, dumbbell, slam ball and kettlebell movements as well. Workout types include interval, sprints, EMOMs or long 30-45 minute AMRAPs. We will work your core in every class. Our Burn 🔥 class is designed for any athlete, regardless of age or athletic ability. Just like in our regular group CrossFit classes, our Burn 🔥 class will offer many modifications. The Burn class is in included in your monthly membership. 10 Class Cards can be used for the Burn Classes.
