We are open to having 8 year olds in either one of the groups. | $160 for 10 class punch card
(NO EXPIRATION) | $100 for monthly membership.

Our program is designed to develop young athletes who will learn more about movement concepts relating to body awareness, spatial awareness, effort awareness, and relationship to/with, objects, people and space!

We will focus on foundations of movement that include running, jumping, pushing, pulling, catching, kicking, throwing, coordination, and mobiity.

If you watch a young Kids' class, it should be hard to differentiate if what is happening is a game, a workout, or a celebration. The whole class is meant to be an enjoyable experience punctuated with the sound of children laughing throughout.

Older age groups will have athletes moving through classic workouts and movements we all know, but they'll still be asking incessantly to play dodgeball! As young athletes mature, it is our job to guide them to intensity. The main goal is to make it enjoyable to move well, fast, and relatively heavy for the rest of their lives.

Put simply, CrossFit has to be fun.
