LEVEL UP YOUR FITNESS

TeenFit is for both athletes and non-athletes looking to improve strength, conditioning and overall health. The classes will start with strength movements such as back squat, deadlift, power clean and overhead press. Teens will also learn the basic gymnastic and bodyweight exercises as well as plyometrics and agility drills to teach body awareness and improve quickness.

TUESDAY AND THURSDAY

6:30p-7:30p

$160 for 10 class punch card (NO EXPIRATION)

$100 for monthly membership.

Each class ends with a fun WOD that will incorporate some of the movements that were covered earlier in class. Classes are meant to be challenging yet fun whether they are used to enhance performance in other sports or as introduction to fitness and strength.
